Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which vendors (“Seller”, “you”) may list and sell products on the Ojahoba Marketplace.

1. Registration and Approval
All sellers must be registered and approved before listing items.

Provide accurate business and product information.

2. Product Listings
Products must be genuine, legal, and accurately described.

Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, illegal products, and banned substances.

Ojahoba reserves the right to remove or reject listings that violate guidelines.

3. Pricing and Inventory
Sellers are responsible for setting accurate prices and updating stock levels.

Misleading pricing or fake discounts may result in penalties or removal.

4. Order Fulfillment
Sellers must fulfill orders promptly within the specified timeframe.

Repeated cancellations or late deliveries may lead to account suspension.

5. Commission and Fees
Ojahoba charges a commission on each successful sale. Specific rates are detailed in your vendor dashboard.

Additional fees may apply for promotions or ads.

6. Returns and Disputes
Sellers must comply with the Ojahoba Return Policy.

Ojahoba may mediate disputes but does not guarantee resolution in the seller’s favor.

7. Conduct and Compliance
Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Abide by all applicable laws and Ojahoba’s policies.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to shop confidently on Ojahoba. Below is our refund and return policy for buyers and sellers.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, digital products, intimate apparel, and items marked “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process
Contact support via your dashboard or email at returns@ojahoba.com.

Return the product to the seller’s provided address.

Provide valid proof of purchase.

4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

5. Disputes
If the seller fails to honor a valid return, Ojahoba will intervene and may issue a refund on behalf of the seller.

6. Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged item), the seller bears the shipping cost.

If the return is due to buyer’s change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping.
