- Retain proof of authenticity, invoices, or supplier information upon request
- Respond promptly to authenticity inquiries or complaints
Failure to comply may result in:
- Product delisting
- Temporary or permanent suspension of your seller account
- Legal action or report to regulatory bodies

Buy with confidence. If you believe a product you purchased is not authentic, you can:
- Report the item directly via your order dashboard
- Contact Ojahoba support within 7 days of delivery
- Request a full refund if the claim is verified
